METABOLISM AND CALORIES
Metabolism is usually the rate in which the body converts the food into energy.
Calorie is a unit of energy. To raise 1°C of water requires exactly 1 calorie. Therefore Calories will be the energy that will be found in foods or drinks we eat.
In the process of weight loss you must create what is called Calorie Deficit. You have to burn more calories than what you eat or drink. It is from this understanding we were able to design the *Weight and Tummy Trimmers*
